Material Qualification
& Traceability

Quality begins long before manufacturing starts. Every fabric, coating, accessory, and component is qualified against defined technical specifications. Incoming materials are checked for GSM, tensile strength, coating uniformity, and visual defects. Batch-level traceability is maintained to ensure consistency and accountability across projects.

Precision Cutting
& Layout Control

Accurate cutting and layout are critical for performance and dimensional stability. CNC and controlled cutting processes ensure precise geometry, optimized material utilization, and repeatable results. Controlled Fabrication
& Welding

Fabrication is carried out under controlled conditions using validated welding and joining processes. In-Process Quality
Control

Final Inspection &
Functional Validation

Before dispatch, finished products undergo final inspection against approved drawings and performance criteria. This may include pressure checks, leak testing, load validation, or functional trials depending on the product type. Only products meeting defined acceptance standards are cleared for delivery.

Packaging, Handling &
Dispatch Readiness

Proper packaging and handling are essential to preserve product quality beyond the factory floor. Products are folded, packed, and protected according to their size, weight, and destination. Export-friendly packing ensures safe transportation, easy handling, and damage-free delivery.
